- High-value accounts, regulated regions, or low-confidence decisions require human approval.
- PoI records are surfaced to humans as review packets: "Here’s what the agent wants to do" and "Here are the constraints it checked."
- Humans can approve, modify, or block the action, turning autonomy into a force-multiplier for judgment.
How the Governance Stack Works Together
This is a closed-loop control system around every agent. Successes, failures, and human corrections feed back into agent reputation, GTM Math models, and governance thresholds, ensuring the system is fast where it can be, cautious where it should be, and always explainable.
