THE COMPLIANCE DOCTRINE

Governance Is Not a
Checklist. It’s a Shield.

Compliance doesn’t fail because teams “forget.” It fails because sourcing is fragmented and consent trails are incomplete. Our Governance Engine™ enforces traceability and eligibility across every provider, campaign term, and lead motion.

The Blind Spot of Opaque Sourcing

The problem isn’t “partners.” The problem is unattributable sourcing—vendor chains where no one can produce the original timestamped consent record or prove campaign-term alignment.

We support a provider ecosystem including direct publishers and authorized data providers—but only under strict governance: eligibility criteria, Convertr-only submission, and enrichment authorization.

The Integrity Framework

GOV_PROTOCOL_01

Convertr-Only Submission

All leads must be submitted via Convertr (CSV/API). Any bypass is invalid. Validation outcomes are final and non-compliant leads are non-billable.

GOV_PROTOCOL_02

Consent & Traceability Proof

Immutable logs link each lead to provider identity, IP origin, timestamp, and consent proof—so audit response doesn’t depend on vendor memory.

GOV_PROTOCOL_03

Enrichment Authorization

Enrichment is allowed only when explicitly authorized in campaign terms and supported by valid consent. Unauthorized enrichment triggers rejection.

GOV_PROTOCOL_04

Provider Eligibility + Kill Switch

Providers must maintain strict eligibility standards. Repeated violations trigger immediate termination and supplier scorecard penalties.

Procurement & Risk Alignment

Governance isn’t “trust us.” It’s enforceable controls: eligibility, traceability, and contractual remedies.

No Shadow Networks: Approved providers are allowed, but unattributable sourcing is prohibited. Every lead is tied to a Provider ID.
Audit Autonomy: Retrieve consent proofs and validation outcomes without chasing third parties. Traceability is embedded at capture.
Non-Billable Enforcement: Leads that fail Convertr validation are non-billable. Disputes are resolved in-window with forensic evidence.
Termination for Cause: Material breach, non-compliance, or security failures can trigger immediate termination and non-payment.
