Agreement Terms

This SOW is issued between STAR and Fairway Digital Media, LLC effective Feb 1, 2026. Production of Strategy Playbooks is a non-cancellable commitment once the project has been authorized.

Payment & Execution

Payment for playbook production is due upon receipt of invoice to initiate drafting and strategy sessions. Company is obligated to pay for the full value of the deliverables once production has commenced. Any modifications to the playbook scope must be agreed upon in writing.
