Terms & Conditions

Master Services Agreement

This Statement of Work (SOW) is issued between STAR (Company) and Fairway Digital Media, LLC (Service Provider), effective date February 1, 2026.

This Statement of Work ("SOW") is executed and entered into by and between the Service Provider and the Company, and is subject to the terms and conditions specified herein.

1. Authorization

Formal written authorization required before commencing any project or work.

2. Payment Terms

  • Upfront (Due on Receipt): Website Pixel (Annual License), Event OS Onboarding Fee, Playbook Production.
  • Net 30: Recurring Event OS monthly fees.

3. Non-Cancellable Terms

7.1 Website Pixel: The Website Visitor Identification service is a non-cancellable annual subscription once the Term commences.

7.2 Event OS Platform: The Event OS Platform is a non-cancellable commitment for the full duration of the Term.

7.3 Strategy Playbooks: Production of Strategy Playbooks is a non-cancellable commitment. Early termination does not relieve the obligation to pay the full Contract Value for executed deliverables.

4. Returns & Disputes

Supporting evidence required for disputes. Final discretion on validity rests with Service Provider.

Appendix A: Event Volume Pricing

Base fee includes ≤80 events. Tiers of 20 additional events are $1,000/tier up to 180 events. Custom pricing thereafter.
